We have found BHR to be very efficient when ordering equipment or responding to any problems or queries with the analysers. Tracy has been particularly flexible when attending training sessions for our new staff, always being available on requested dates.  We recently changed over provider to BHR for all of our GP surgeries in East Kent and the process was made very smooth and the BHR team have been very supportive.

Our territory manager (Tracy Miller) provided the training for the entire pharmacy team on the Cardiochek machine which was well explained and thorough making it easy to understand how to use it. We have been using our Cardiochek, issued by BHR Pharmaceuticals for the past couple of years.
